There is a quality management system (QMS) implemented in the Institute, which is part of the general management strategy of the company. The system is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS) EN ISO 9001:2001 – an approved Bulgarian standard based on ISO 9001:2000 (pertaining to the requirements for membership of the Bulgarian State in the European Committee for Standardization).
